Am-Finn Sauna and Steam is HIRING NOW and seeking dependable and driven Commercial Sauna and Steam Room Installers to join our growing team! At Am-Finn, you’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality, custom installations across the country. No two projects are the same—and neither are the locations. With work spanning coast to coast, this position requires 100% out-of-state travel. As a Commercial Sauna and Steam Room Installer, you’ll be hands-on in assembling and installing sauna and steam rooms nationwide. You’ll spend three weeks on the road at a time, followed by one week at home. This is a travel-focused role, and we’ve got you covered—Am-Finn provides all the tools, training, travel expenses, hotel accommodations, and support you need to succeed. You’ll primarily work independently in the field, and punctuality and efficiency are key—your performance directly impacts your earning potential. Job Description

Install commercial saunas and steam rooms using provided cut sheets (no blueprint reading required) Travel out of state 100% of the time, independently managing your own work on job sites.

Responsibilities

• Install commercial saunas and steam rooms using provided cut sheets (no blueprint reading required)
• Travel out of state 100% of the time, independently managing your own work on job sites
• Adhere to strict safety and quality standards throughout every installation
• Maintain detailed records of installations and customer interactions thru End of Day reporting.
• Provide excellent workmanship

Requirements

• General finished carpentry experience (no electrical or plumbing required)
• Excellent problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and maintain strong time management skills to ensure consistent, efficient performance
• Outstanding communication and customer service skills
• Valid driver’s license with good driving record and willingness to travel to various job sites 100% of the time (3 weeks on, 1 week off)
• Must be physically able to lift, move, and install materials and equipment
• High school diploma or GED equivalent required
