Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive and optimistic attitude
• Build strong rapport with customers and co-workers
• Listen to customers to determine their needs
• Learn the best techniques to handle objections, close sales, and perform all other steps of the sales process in accordance with company standards
• Keep abreast of new products, features, accessories, etc.
• Understand the terminology of the automobile business and keep abreast of technological changes in the product.
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Prior sales experience is required. We train the right candidates for the exciting field of sales! If you have experience in retail, insurance sales, marketing, and/or customer service / hospitality, you can succeed with the professional training and management we provide!
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information
• Valid driver's license and good driving record
• Professional personal appearance
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to sell a minimum quota according to dealership standards
