Responsibilities

• As an Automotive Service Advisor, you will play a vital role in ensuring each customer receives world-class service and care.
• Greet and assist customers with their service and repair needs in a professional, friendly manner
• Accurately document vehicle concerns and create detailed repair orders
• Provide clear estimates, explain maintenance recommendations, and gain customer approval
• Communicate effectively with technicians to ensure accurate and timely service completion
• Follow up with customers regarding repair status, approvals, and satisfaction
• Ensure all warranty and internal work meets OEM and dealership standards
• Maintain strong customer retention and satisfaction ratings
• Uphold the Audi brand promise of quality and excellence

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Automotive Service Advisor, Service Writer, or Service Consultant (dealership experience preferred)
• Strong customer service, sales, and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Understanding of vehicle systems, diagnostics, and repair processes
• Experience with CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds, or similar DMS software preferred
• Professional, team-oriented, and self-motivated attitude
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required
