Responsibilities
- As an Automotive Service Advisor, you will play a vital role in ensuring each customer receives world-class service and care.
- Greet and assist customers with their service and repair needs in a professional, friendly manner
- Accurately document vehicle concerns and create detailed repair orders
- Provide clear estimates, explain maintenance recommendations, and gain customer approval
- Communicate effectively with technicians to ensure accurate and timely service completion
- Follow up with customers regarding repair status, approvals, and satisfaction
- Ensure all warranty and internal work meets OEM and dealership standards
- Maintain strong customer retention and satisfaction ratings
- Uphold the Audi brand promise of quality and excellence
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Automotive Service Advisor, Service Writer, or Service Consultant (dealership experience preferred)
- Strong customer service, sales, and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Understanding of vehicle systems, diagnostics, and repair processes
- Experience with CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds, or similar DMS software preferred
- Professional, team-oriented, and self-motivated attitude
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required
