Responsibilities

• Perform accurate diagnosis, repair, and maintenance on Audi vehicles
• Complete multi-point inspections and provide service recommendations
• Deliver high-quality repairs to minimize comebacks
• Ensure compliance with manufacturer guidelines and processes
• Communicate with clients on complex diagnosis and solutions
• Keep work area organized, clean, and safe
• Attend ongoing Audi training to maintain certification and stay up to date with the latest technologies
• Maintain detailed records and reports
• Stay current on manufacturer technical bulletins

Requirements

• Audi Academy certification OR previous Audi repair experience preferred
• Technicians with strong European import experience who are willing to become Audi certified are encouraged to apply
• 3+ years of automotive repair experience preferred
• Strong diagnostic, electrical, and drivability troubleshooting skills
• Ability to perform quality repairs efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
• ASE certifications are a plus
• EV/Hybrid experience or certifications are a plus
• Professional-grade tools required
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
