Responsibilities
- Perform accurate diagnosis, repair, and maintenance on Audi vehicles
- Complete multi-point inspections and provide service recommendations
- Deliver high-quality repairs to minimize comebacks
- Ensure compliance with manufacturer guidelines and processes
- Communicate with clients on complex diagnosis and solutions
- Keep work area organized, clean, and safe
- Attend ongoing Audi training to maintain certification and stay up to date with the latest technologies
- Maintain detailed records and reports
- Stay current on manufacturer technical bulletins
Requirements
- Audi Academy certification OR previous Audi repair experience preferred
- Technicians with strong European import experience who are willing to become Audi certified are encouraged to apply
- 3+ years of automotive repair experience preferred
- Strong diagnostic, electrical, and drivability troubleshooting skills
- Ability to perform quality repairs efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
- ASE certifications are a plus
- EV/Hybrid experience or certifications are a plus
- Professional-grade tools required
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
