Responsibilities

  • Guide customers through the full buying process of new and pre-owned vehicles
  • Work internet leads, phone leads, and showroom traffic
  • Set appointments and drive customers into the dealership
  • Demonstrate vehicles
  • Follow up aggressively to close deals and generate repeat business
  • Stay active and organized in the CRM
  • Hit and exceed monthly sales goals

Requirements

  • Automotive sales experience is strongly preferred
  • Strong closing and follow-up skills
  • Confident, professional, and competitive mindset
  • Ability to work a high-volume environment
  • Comfortable with CRM, texting, and digital communication
  • Valid driver’s license
