Responsibilities

• Guide customers through the full buying process for new and pre‑owned vehicles 
• Work internet, phone, and showroom leads 
• Set appointments and drive traffic 
• Demo vehicles and close deals 
• Follow up aggressively 
• Stay organized in the CRM 
• Hit and exceed monthly goals

Requirements

• Automotive sales experience strongly preferred 
• Strong closing and follow‑up skills 
• Confident, competitive, professional 
• Comfortable with CRM, texting, and digital communication 
• Valid driver’s license
