Responsibilities
- Greet customers and deliver a friendly, professional dealership experience
- Assist customers with vehicle selection, model comparisons, and product knowledge
- Explain vehicle features, technology, safety features, and financing options
- Conduct safe and compliant test drives
- Present pricing, payment options, and purchase steps clearly and ethically
- Consistently follow up with leads to generate repeat and referral business
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all new and pre-owned inventory, promotions, and incentives
- Attend ongoing dealership training and sales meetings
- Support new team members and collaborate with the sales team
- Perform additional dealership duties as needed
Requirements
- Highline / luxury automotive experience a plus, but not required
- Sales, Hospitality, and Customer Service experience in any industry translates well High school diploma or GED preferred
- Must be 21+ with a valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Professional appearance and a positive, outgoing personality
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Motivated self-starter with the ability to work independently
- Basic computer and internet proficiency
