Responsibilities

  • Process customer communication and capture customer information and requests
  • Verify all customer information using customer documents
  • Communicate frequently with customers with work-in-process, providing updates to them daily
  • Manage appointment schedules and workflow
  • Complete necessary daily paperwork
  • Maintain office supplies and keep organized environment for all employees
  • Excellent communication skills verbal and written
  • Organized and urgent when processing documents, communications, or customer requests
  • Willingness to learn new systems and processes
  • Handle payments with integrity
  • Communicate with account-holders that have balances due (process accounts receivable)
  • Communicate with employees for problem resolution
  • Pay attention to detail

Requirements

  • Professional appearance
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • 2 years’ experience working with customers
  • 2 years’ experience in an administrative role preferred
  • Microsoft Office Suite proficiency, general computer knowledge
  • General office skills
  • High school diploma or the equivalent.
  • Valid driver’s license and a good driving record
