Job Description

Perform bookkeeping tasks to support daily operations  Prepare financial statements for ancillary companies Reconcile records including bank transactions, statements, and report discrepancies to Controller and more.

Responsibilities

• Perform bookkeeping tasks to support daily operations 
• Prepare financial statements for ancillary companies
• Reconcile records including bank transactions, statements, and report discrepancies to Controller
• Assist with accounting and auditing reports for ancillary companies
• Audit balance sheets for ancillary companies
• Other duties may be assigned

Requirements

• Bookkeeping / Accounting experience is required, automotive dealership bookkeeping experience is preferred
• Use computers and computer systems (including hardware and software) to program, write software, set up functions, enter data, or process information
• Provide information to supervisors, co-workers, and subordinates by telephone, in written form, email, or in person
• Must be able to operate computers programmed with accounting software to record, store, and analyze information 
• High School Diploma or GED required, Associates Degree strongly preferred
