Responsibilities

• Help customers select and purchase a motorcycle. Bring your "A" game and a positive attitude to work every day!
• Greet customers and identify the motorcycle that meets their needs. Great listening skills are key!
• Explain and demonstrate motorcycle features on test drives
• Guide customers through the sales process and ensure every customer has a premium buying experience
• Meet or exceed realistic and achievable sales goals
• Follow up with customers to encourage repeat and referral business
• Prospect for new customers

Requirements

• Energetic with great sales, communication and customer service skills.
• Positive, helpful, and motivated to succeed
• Able to work a flexible schedule. We are closed every Sunday and Monday.
• Willing to obtain a motorcycle license. We will help you do that!
• Proficiency in basic computer tasks
• Valid driver's license and good driving record
• Can lift 50 lbs. and is comfortable learning to move heavy weight Harley-Davidson Motorcycles
