Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and develop the auto sales team to consistently achieve sales goals and performance metrics 
  • Oversee daily sales operations, including showroom management, customer engagement, and deal structuring 
  • Use data and reporting tools to drive decision making and identify opportunities for improvement 
  • Train and mentor sales associates on product knowledge, sales process, and customer experience best practices 
  • Ensure a positive, professional, and customer-centric sales environment 
  • Collaborate with the General Manager on inventory strategy, pricing, and marketing initiatives 
  • Manage the sales funnel from lead generation through delivery to ensure a smooth, transparent customer journey 
  • Maintain high standards of accountability, ethics, and performance across the team 
  • Represent the dealership brand with professionalism and enthusiasm

Requirements

  • Prior sales or supervisory experience is required, automotive experience is preferred 
  • Proven leadership ability with a passion for coaching and team development 
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze performance metrics and make strategic adjustments 
  • Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and disciplined 
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced sales environment 
  • Prior sales or supervisory experience required (automotive experience preferred, but not mandatory) 
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills 
  • High level of professionalism and customer service focus
