Responsibilities
- Structure and present finance and insurance options to customers in compliance with state and federal regulations
- Secure financing through a network of lenders and maintain strong relationships with financial institutions
- Ensure all documentation is accurate, complete, and submitted in a timely manner
- Maximize profitability through product offerings while maintaining transparency and trust
- Collaborate with sales and management teams to ensure seamless customer experience
- Stay current on industry trends, compliance updates, and dealership policies
Requirements
- At least 2 years’ automotive F&I experience is required
- Strong understanding of lending practices, credit applications, and regulatory compliance
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
- Proficiency in dealership software (e.g., Dealertrack, Reynolds & Reynolds)
- High ethical standards and customer-focused mindset
