Collision Advisor / Estimator

BodyWerks Collision Center, part of the Furrow Automotive Group, is Knoxville’s premier collision repair facility. We're hiring a Collision Estimator / Advisor to serve as the liaison between our customers, insurance companies, and technicians. Responsibilities

• Accurately assess vehicle damage and prepare detailed repair estimates
• Communicate with clients to explain repair processes and timelines
• Coordinate with insurance companies to ensure claim accuracy and efficiency
• Work closely with technicians and parts departments to streamline repairs
• Ensure all repairs meet our high standards and customer expectations

Requirements

• 2+ years in a collision repair, body shop, or automotive service advisor role
• Experience with estimating software (CCC ONE, Audatex, Mitchell, etc.)
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Knowledge of collision center workflow, insurance claims, and repair procedures
• I-CAR certification or similar is a plus
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
