BodyWerks Collision Center, part of the Furrow Automotive Group, is Knoxville’s premier collision repair facility. We're hiring a Collision Estimator / Advisor to serve as the liaison between our customers, insurance companies, and technicians. Responsibilities
- Accurately assess vehicle damage and prepare detailed repair estimates
- Communicate with clients to explain repair processes and timelines
- Coordinate with insurance companies to ensure claim accuracy and efficiency
- Work closely with technicians and parts departments to streamline repairs
- Ensure all repairs meet our high standards and customer expectations
Requirements
- 2+ years in a collision repair, body shop, or automotive service advisor role
- Experience with estimating software (CCC ONE, Audatex, Mitchell, etc.)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Knowledge of collision center workflow, insurance claims, and repair procedures
- I-CAR certification or similar is a plus
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
