Responsibilities

  • Greet customers warmly and create a positive first impression
  • Answer incoming calls, schedule appointments, and direct inquiries
  • Assist customers with check-in and check-out processes
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk and lobby area
  • Enter customer and vehicle information into the management system
  • Support estimators and office staff with administrative tasks
  • Handle incoming mail, parts deliveries, and general office coordination
  • Provide excellent customer service throughout the repair process

Requirements

  • Previous receptionist or customer service experience preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable using computers and basic office software
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Professional, reliable, and detail-oriented
  • Positive attitude and willingness to support the team
