Job Description
Assist wholesale, retail and internet customers in purchasing the correct auto parts, fulfill parts requests from service technicians, stock and manage inventory, and more.

Responsibilities
- Assist wholesale, retail and internet customers in purchasing the correct auto parts, fulfill parts requests from service technicians, stock and manage inventory, and more.
- Advise customers on selecting and purchasing the correct auto parts.
- Provide auto parts pricing, availability, and product specifications.
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, internet, and in person.
- Coordinate with service technicians to fulfill parts requests for repairs.
- Pull auto parts from inventory for customer orders and service technician requests.
- Stock inventory, maintain and track inventory levels
- Manage auto parts deliveries
Requirements
- Auto parts counter/dealership experience is strongly preferred
- CDK/ADP knowledge is preferred
- Good computer, communication and customer service skills
- Valid driver's license and good driving record
- High school diploma
