Job Description
Guide customers through the entire automotive repair and/or maintenance process, advise customers on service options and costs, offer special promotions, greet customers, answer questions and more.

Responsibilities
- Guide customers through the entire automotive repair and/or maintenance process, advise customers on service options and costs, offer special promotions, greet customers, answer questions, follow vehicle status from service bay entry through completion of work, and ensure customers are satisfied
- Maintain high CSI score
- Other duties may be assigned
Requirements
- Automotive Service Advisor experience is required
- A proven track record of high CSI score
- Good computer, customer service and communication skills
- Team oriented with a strong work ethic and pays attention to details
- Valid driver’s license and insurance
- Must pass pre-employment background check, MVR, and drug screen
