Byron Outdoor Superstore is located in Middle Georgia - minutes away from Macon, Perry, Warner Robins, Centerville, and Warner Robins Air Force Base, and only one hour south of Atlanta. We are the one-stop dealership for new and used ATV, UTV, motorcycle/scooter, boats, PWC, tractor, and side x side vehicles. We sell and service Yamaha, Triumph, Can-Am®, and Suzuki. We’re seeking an energetic and organized Customer Service Representative to join our Business Development Center (BDC) and support our busy Service Department. This is a customer-facing role where you’ll handle inbound calls, schedule service appointments, follow up with customers, and keep communication running smoothly between clients and our technicians. Responsibilities

  • Field inbound service calls for all departments, including marine, powersports, tractor, RV, and small engine service
  • Schedule, confirm, and reschedule appointments in our CRM system
  • Make outbound follow-up calls for maintenance reminders and post-service satisfaction checks
  • Provide customers with repair status updates and accurate time estimates
  • Coordinate with Service Advisors, Technicians, and Parts staff to keep the shop workflow efficient
  • Document customer communication clearly and accurately
  • Maintain a professional, upbeat, and customer-focused tone on every call

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Strong attention to detail and time management
  • Ability to multi-task in a busy dealership environment
  • Previous experience as a Customer Service Representative, BDC Rep, Scheduler, or Call Center Associate preferred
  • Familiarity with automotive, powersports, marine, or equipment service a plus
  • Basic computer proficiency and CRM experience helpful
  • Friendly, dependable, and motivated to help others
  • Valid driver’s license; boating experience and safe operation of boats and trailers strongly preferred
