Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company revenue goals
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a diverse sales team
- Monitor performance metrics and implement improvements
- Build strong relationships with key clients and partners
- Collaborate with marketing and operations to align sales initiatives
- Forecast sales trends and prepare accurate reports
- Ensure excellent customer service and brand representation
Requirements
- Proven success as an Automotive Sales Manager, General Sales Manager, or General Manager in a franchised dealership
- Strong leadership presence and the ability to set a vision the team can rally around
- Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions
- Knowledge of CRM systems and sales forecasting tools
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
- High integrity and a reputation for treating customers and employees right
- Professional appearance and dependable work ethic
