Job Description

Lead the day-to-day operations of the sales department Set and monitor monthly sales targets for individuals and the team Train, coach, and develop sales consultants to improve performance and customer satisfaction Assist in hiring, onboarding, and retaining top sales talent

Responsibilities

  • Lead the day-to-day operations of the sales department
  • Set and monitor monthly sales targets for individuals and the team
  • Train, coach, and develop sales consultants to improve performance and customer satisfaction
  • Assist in hiring, onboarding, and retaining top sales talent
  • Collaborate with the finance, BDC, and service departments to ensure seamless operations
  • Maintain a strong presence on the sales floor, leading by example
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement strategies to drive growth

Requirements

  • Previous Automotive Sales Management experience required 
  • Proven track record of team leadership, sales success, and customer satisfaction
  • Knowledge of CDK Market Scan and DealerSocket a plus
  • Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
  • Positive, motivating management style that sets high standards
  • Results-oriented and data-driven, with strong problem-solving skills
  • Valid driver’s license and have and maintain an acceptable, safe driving record.
