We need to hire an Automotive Service Advisor / Writer. Due to increasing customer demand, we need to add to our Service Advisor team immediately. Job Description

Oversee service orders and flow of Drive Lane. Ensure that customers receive prompt, courteous service Advise customers on necessary/suggested services and costs; including special promotions

Responsibilities

  • Oversee service orders and flow of Drive Lane. Ensure that customers receive prompt, courteous service
  • Advise customers on necessary/suggested services and costs; including special promotions
  • Answer technical questions about vehicle problems, warranties, service and repairs
  • Oversee administration of warranty claims
  • Follow the status of a customer's vehicle from service bay entry through completion of work
  • Keep customers informed of any changes that occur
  • Upon completion of work, review work order with customer
  • Provide a completely satisfied customer experience
  • Schedule appointments for service/maintenance/recall work

Requirements

  • Automotive Service Advisor and/or dealership experience preferred
  • An energetic and outgoing 'people person' who’s motivated to succeed
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Thrives in a fast-paced team environment
  • A positive attitude and professional appearance
  • Driver's license and good driving record
