Job Description

Greet customers and assess vehicle service needs; schedule service appointments and manage workflow

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assess vehicle service needs
• Schedule service appointments and manage workflow
• Clearly communicate recommended repairs and maintenance
• Prepare repair orders and provide accurate cost estimates
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of work
• Keep customers informed on service progress
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
• Other duties may be assigned

Requirements

• Previous automotive service advisor / writer experience required (Toyota experience a plus)
• Previous work history as a Warranty / Insurance Adjuster or a Service Tech / Mechanic translates well in this position
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Basic automotive knowledge and understanding of maintenance services
• Valid driver’s license
