Job Description
Greet customers and assess vehicle service needs; schedule service appointments and manage workflow

Responsibilities
- Greet customers and assess vehicle service needs
- Schedule service appointments and manage workflow
- Clearly communicate recommended repairs and maintenance
- Prepare repair orders and provide accurate cost estimates
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of work
- Keep customers informed on service progress
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
- Other duties may be assigned
Requirements
- Previous automotive service advisor / writer experience required (Toyota experience a plus)
- Previous work history as a Warranty / Insurance Adjuster or a Service Tech / Mechanic translates well in this position
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic automotive knowledge and understanding of maintenance services
- Valid driver’s license
