Classic Chevrolet of Grapevine is currently looking for an experienced, professional and organized Title Clerk for their very busy Fleet Department. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 - 2 years of experience as a dealership Title Clerk. We value our employees and invest in their success. That means relationships with our employees, our customers, and our community. Hours: Monday – Friday: 8.00am – 5.00pm

Process Title paperwork on all vehicles sold both in state and out of state Communicate with customers and the county clerk’s office on related issues and more.

Responsibilities

  • Process Title paperwork on all vehicles sold both in state and out of state
  • Communicate with customers and the county clerk’s office on related issues
  • Maintain strict compliance with all Title laws and filing requirements
  • Troubleshoot and problem resolution specific to titles, odometer discrepancies, power of attorney, etc.
  • Perform general administrative tasks
  • Other duties may be assigned

Requirements

  • Automotive Title Clerk experience required
  • CDK experience is a plus!
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Understand deadlines and be able to apply appropriate sense of urgency to all tasks
  • Professional appearance and work ethic
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Team-oriented and comfortable in an open office
