Responsibilities
- Greet customers and assess vehicle damage
- Prepare accurate, detailed repair estimates using approved estimating software
- Communicate with insurance companies to obtain approvals
- Review repair plans with technicians and ensure proper documentation
- Provide status updates and maintain excellent customer communication
- Verify parts accuracy and coordinate with parts department
- Perform quality checks and assist with final delivery
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience as a Body Shop Estimator required
- Strong understanding of collision repair processes and insurance procedures
- Proficiency with estimating platforms (CCC, Mitchell, Audatex, etc.)
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
