Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assess vehicle damage
• Prepare accurate, detailed repair estimates using approved estimating software
• Communicate with insurance companies to obtain approvals
• Review repair plans with technicians and ensure proper documentation
• Provide status updates and maintain excellent customer communication
• Verify parts accuracy and coordinate with parts department
• Perform quality checks and assist with final delivery
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience as a Body Shop Estimator required
• Strong understanding of collision repair processes and insurance procedures
• Proficiency with estimating platforms (CCC, Mitchell, Audatex, etc.)
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
