Job Description
As a Cashier in our Service Department, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring a smooth and pleasant experience during their visit. Your role will involve processing transactions accurately, providing information about our services, and fostering a welcoming atmosphere. We value teamwork and encourage our cashiers to take ownership of their responsibilities while maintaining high standards of service.

Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions swiftly and accurately using our point-of-sale system.
- Provide information and assistance to customers regarding our services and products.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring a welcoming environment for our customers.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
- Handle cash, credit, and other payment methods in accordance with company policies.
- Resolve customer inquiries and concerns with professionalism and empathy.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a cashier or in a customer service role preferred.
- Familiarity with CDK systems is preferred
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic math skills and attention to detail for accurate transaction processing.
