Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in person, online, and by phone to start the sales process
- Learn the full Nissan product line and become a trusted automotive expert
- Conduct professional vehicle demonstrations and test drives highlighting features and benefits
- Present pricing, financing, and leasing options clearly and professionally
- Follow a proven sales process to guide customers from first contact to final delivery
- Build relationships with customers to encourage repeat and referral business
- Manage leads using our CRM system to maximize follow-up and appointment setting
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by ensuring a premium buying experience
- Prospect for new leads and opportunities through online platforms and community outreach
Requirements
- Previous Sales experience is welcomed but not necessary!
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus!
- An energetic and outgoing 'people person' who is motivated to succeed
- Good customer service, communication, and computer skills
- A positive, upbeat attitude and good work ethic
- Thrives in a fast-paced team environment
- Valid driver's license and good driving record
