Job Description

Automotive Service Manager needed to drive excellent results in operational efficiency, revenue growth, cost control, and customer service for our High-Volume Service Department.

Responsibilities

• Drive excellent results in operational efficiency, revenue growth, cost control, and customer service for our High-Volume Service Department.
• Hire and manage technicians, advisors, and support staff
• Establish and enforce policies and processes to ensure the operation's profitability.
• Lead recruitment, training, scheduling, and retention efforts.
• Ensure exceptional customer service practices are maintained.

Requirements

• Proven Automotive Service Management experience in a high-volume domestic auto dealership.
• Strong financial and business awareness with a track record of sales, revenue, and profitability growth.
• Team builder with exceptional leadership and motivational skills.
• Outstanding customer service and employee retention abilities.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and performance-driven.
• Proven track record of high CSI scores.
• Excellent references are a must.
