Our High-Volume Service Department is BOOMING with Business and hiring EXPERIENCED Automotive Repair/Service Technicians to diagnose vehicle problems and perform repairs and/or maintenance, and more. ASE and State Tech experience is preferred. Enjoy working in our state of the art facility and utilizing our advanced digital tools / technology to enhance job performance! We have 14 bays including a state-of-the-art alignment rack, tire balancer, tire changer, new floors, new LED lights and more. Our excellent reputation ensures a steady supply of work! We pay for your State and ASE training! All Ford certifications are transferable. Some non-Ford OEM certifications will transfer to help speed up obtaining the required Ford certification. Cole Ford is also hiring MOBILE technicians to get out of the garage and enjoy a day on the road! Mobile techs drive a company vehicle to customer locations to perform light auto repairs and maintenance. Responsibilities
Inspect vehicle, diagnose problems, and perform vehicle repairs, maintenance, and/or recall work that meets dealership and manufacturer standards including engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brakes, air conditioning, and more Learn new information in training sessions Keep shop neat/clean and account for dealership owned tools Other duties may be assigned according to skill level and certifications
Requirements
Automotive Repair Technician experience. State or ASE Certified Technician experience is preferred. We pay for your State and ASE training! Dealership service department experience is preferred Valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record Team participant and analytical with a good work ethic Flexible and focused on maintaining a high level of customer service.
