Our Sales Dept. is seeking EXPERIENCED AUTO BDC SALES ASSOCIATES to work in our FAST-PACED Business Development Center to answer calls and internet requests for vehicle price, availability, etc., schedule appointments for customers to meet with our Dealership's Sales Team, and more! Automotive BDC experience is REQUIRED. Workdays and hours: 4 days during the week 8:30 - 5:30, Saturdays 8:30 - 4:00.  Apply now and join our team!

Job Description

Answer calls and internet requests (on-site) for vehicle price, availability, information, etc., schedule several appointments per day for potential customers to meet with our Dealership's Sales team so we can sell them a vehicle and more.

Responsibilities

• Answer calls and internet requests (on-site) for vehicle price, availability, information, etc., schedule several appointments per day for potential customers to meet with our Dealership's Sales team so we can sell them a vehicle and more.
• Make outbound calls for appointment reminders, reschedule no shows, etc.
• Follow up with customers to ensure they had a satisfied experience
• Always provide a positive impression of our dealership to customers!

Requirements

• Required: Automotive BDC experience
• Excellent computer, customer service and communication skills
• A positive attitude, good work ethic and professional appearance
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must pass pre-employment background check, MVR and drug screen
