Responsibilities
- Proactively reach out to private vehicle sellers and respond to inbound leads
- Build rapport and communicate the benefits of selling their vehicle to Corwin Ford
- Evaluate used vehicles and coordinate the appraisal and purchasing process
- Collaborate with the management team to meet inventory goals
- Maintain accurate records of communication, offers, and acquisitions
Requirements
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Confidence and professionalism on the phone, online, and in person
- High attention to detail and ability to assess vehicle condition
- Previous dealership or automotive experience is a plus, but not required
- Self-motivated and organized with a strong sense of accountability
- Valid driver’s license
- Energetic with a positive attitude
- Flexible and focused on maintaining a high level of customer service
