Perform comprehensive reconditioning on used vehicles, including inspections, minor repairs, fluid services, tire rotations, brake jobs, and detail-ready preparation Diagnose and correct minor mechanical and cosmetic issues

Responsibilities

  • Perform comprehensive reconditioning on used vehicles, including inspections, minor repairs, fluid services, tire rotations, brake jobs, and detail-ready preparation
  • Diagnose and correct minor mechanical and cosmetic issues to ensure vehicles meet dealership retail standards
  • Replace filters, bulbs, wipers, and perform battery tests and installations as needed
  • Communicate clearly with service advisors and management about vehicle needs and repair timelines
  • Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow safety procedures at all times
  • Ensure vehicles are reconditioned efficiently and to high quality standards

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in general automotive repair or reconditioning
  • Knowledge of used vehicle inspections and common repair needs
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks
  • A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Strong work ethic, reliability, and a focus on quality
