Responsibilities
- Help customers select new and pre-owned vehicles
- Guide buyers through pricing, features, financing options, and trade evaluations
- Conduct test drives and explain vehicle technology
- Follow up with leads from walk-ins, internet inquiries, phone calls, and referrals
- Build long-term customer relationships and repeat business
- Stay current on Ford products, incentives, and promotions
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
