Responsibilities
- Greet customers and assist them with their service needs
- Schedule service appointments and manage the service department workflow
- Communicate with customers about vehicle issues and recommended services
- Prepare and present service estimates to customers
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Collaborate with technicians to ensure timely completion of services
Requirements
- Automotive Service Advisor experience preferred
- OR Automotive Sales, Parts, or Service experience in a dealership, RV, Powersports, Motorcycle, or Marine environment
- CDK and X-time experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic understanding of automotive repair and maintenance
- High school diploma or equivalent
