We are HIRING NOW for friendly, energetic Mobile Service Advisors to bring top-tier customer care directly to our clients' doorsteps. You’ll assist customers in understanding their vehicle’s maintenance or repair needs and coordinate service solutions. In return, we will pay you at top-of-industry levels, provide continued training, and give you opportunities to grow across the company into broader roles! Previous Service Advisor or Mechanic experience is preferred. Candidates with previous Service Advisor experience at RV, Powersport, or Marine dealerships will also be considered! Job Description

Call customers and schedule appointments for recalls, using our Mobile service vans Advise customers about necessary/suggested services and costs

Responsibilities

  • Schedule and coordinate service appointments for maintenance/recall work
  • Travel locally to customers to deliver personalized service experiences
  • Conduct vehicle inspections and listen to customer concerns with sincerity
  • Advise customers on necessary or suggested services and associated costs
  • Communicate updates with customers regarding service status and any changes
  • Ensure all work is completed to the highest standards of quality and satisfaction
  • Review service orders with customers to address all concerns before closing appointments
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Previous Service Advisor experience is preferred, but we will train the right candidate to succeed!
  • Previous work history as an Auto Warranty / Insurance Adjuster or a Service Technician/ Mechanic translates well in this positionGeneral knowledge of vehicle mechanical operations is preferred
  • Good customer service and communication skills
  • Works well in a fast-paced environment
  • Professional appearance and a positive attitude
  • Good work ethic and computer skills
  • Valid driver's license and good driving record
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
