Corwin Ford Tri-Cities is seeking to hire a Full-time Finance Clerk / Loan Document Specialist to verify, print, prepare, and sign all new and used vehicles sales! Candidates with previous Dealership Accounting, Titling, Bookkeeping, or Office experience are preferred, but we are open to training those with experience working in accounting, loan processing, or as a DMV clerk, personal banker, or bank teller! Job Description
Verify/Print/Prepare and Sign ALL New/Used Vehicle Sales Ensure accuracy of customer, vehicle, and pricing information on ALL sales and more.

Responsibilities
- Verify/Print/Prepare and Sign ALL New/Used Vehicle Sales
- Ensure accuracy of customer, vehicle, and pricing information on ALL sales
- Must maintain a high level of accuracy at ALL times
- Follow up with customers to obtain missing documents as needed
- Distribute loan documents to lienholders to obtain financing
- Handle incoming Finance Department calls
- Collect deposits & down payments from customers; money handling
- Works closely with Sales staff, Finance Managers and Accounting Department
- Performs other duties and tasks as assigned by supervisor
Requirements
- Experience in Auto Industry / Banking / Office Setting preferred but not required
- Experience in accounting, loan processing, or as a DMV clerk, personal banker, or bank teller will also be considered! We train!
- Previous experience in a dealership office setting in RV, Powersport, Automotive, Motorsport, Marine, or other related industry is a plus!
- Must have basic computer and keyboarding skills
- Able to problem-solve, learn and adapt quickly to new databases
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Self-motivated Team player but also able to work independently
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Exhibit strong customer service skills and demonstrate professional attire and behavior
- Positive attitude and respect of co-workers
- The ability to work evenings and weekends is a MUST
- Bi-lingual preferred but not required
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid Driver’s License with good driving history
