Coulter INFINITI is seeking to hire a Facility Maintenance Worker / Custodian to perform a variety of indoor and outdoor maintenance/repairs and maintain the cleanliness and appearance of our Dealership building. Keep facilities clean and safe Manage routine upkeep of designated spaces both inside and outside of the facility daily.

Responsibilities
- Keep facilities clean and safe
- Manage routine upkeep of designated spaces both inside and outside of the facility daily, which includes restrooms, offices, conference rooms, parking lot, public waiting areas, as well as trash removal and some light snow removal, etc.
- Perform and document routine inspection and maintenance activities doing minor repairs where necessary
- Some driving may be needed
- Provide general maintenance to dealership grounds
- Uses his/her time effectively and efficiently
- Other duties as assigned by management
Requirements
- Technician / Handyman repair and maintenance experience is required
- Position requires walking, bending, and standing
- Rough and trim carpentry skills, door hardware experience is preferred
- Nominal electrical, plumbing and HVAC experience is preferred
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
- Flexible and focused on maintaining a high level of customer service
- Good work ethic and problem-solving skills
- A positive attitude and works well as part of a team
