Job Description

Diagnose, inspect, and repair vehicles to OEM & dealership standards Perform engine, transmission, A/C, electrical, suspension, and general repairs

Responsibilities

• Utilize diagnostic equipment to assess vehicle issues and determine repair needs.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
• Maintain accurate records of services performed and parts used.
• Communicate effectively with customers regarding repairs and maintenance options.
• Uphold safety and cleanliness standards within the workshop.

Requirements

• 2+ years of professional service technician experience required
• INFINITI experience a plus but all brands welcome (Ford, Honda, Toyota, GM, Nissan, etc.)
• ASE, Master, or Brand Certification is preferred but not required
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
• Flexible and focused on maintaining a high level of customer service
• Good work ethic and problem-solving skills
• A positive attitude and works well as part of a team
