Responsibilities
- Help customers select and purchase a vehicle, bring your "A" game to work every day.
- Greet customers and identify the type of vehicle that meets their needs
- Explain features and demonstrate vehicle operation on test drives
- Lead customers through proven selling steps that close deals
- Present pricing, explain financing options, and complete paperwork
- Follow up with customers to encourage repeat and referral business
- Ensure every customer has a premium buying experience
- Prospect for new customers
Requirements
- Automotive sales / dealership experience is preferred
- Successful sales experience in other industries is welcome
- An energetic and outgoing 'people person' who is motivated to succeed
- Good customer service, communication, and computer skills
- A positive, upbeat attitude and good work ethic
- Thrives in a fast-paced team environment
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screen.
