Job Description

Perform thorough interior and exterior cleaning of vehicles, including washing, waxing, vacuuming, and polishing.

Responsibilities

  • Perform thorough interior and exterior cleaning of vehicles, including washing, waxing, vacuuming, and polishing.
  • Clean and treat upholstery, carpets, windows, and other interior surfaces.
  • Apply protective treatments to paint, glass, and interior surfaces when needed.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the wash bay and detailing area.
  • Inspect vehicles before and after detailing to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Safely handle cleaning chemicals, tools, and equipment.
  • Assist with shop flow and support other team members as needed.
  • Follow all safety procedures and company policies.

Requirements

  • Automotive detailing experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right person.
  • Very meticulous with strong attention to detail.
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
  • Good eyesight to properly inspect work (must be able to identify small imperfections such as streaks, smudges, or missed spots).
  • Ability to stand, bend, stoop, and move for extended periods of time.
  • Comfortable working outdoors and being physically active throughout the day.
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
