Job Description
Assist customers and technicians in selecting and purchasing automotive parts Accurately process parts orders, returns, and inventory transactions Maintain organized stock and more.

Responsibilities
- Assist customers and technicians in selecting and purchasing automotive parts
- Accurately process parts orders, returns, and inventory transactions
- Maintain organized stock and ensure timely restocking of fast-moving items
- Shipping and receiving duties
- Provide knowledgeable support on Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and Ram parts
- Collaborate with service advisors and technicians to ensure smooth workflow
- Uphold dealership standards for customer service and professionalism
Requirements
- Prior experience in automotive parts or service preferred
- Familiarity with CDJR parts catalog and inventory systems a plus
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
