Responsibilities

Communicate effectively with internet customers and prospects via phone, text, email, and in person with the ability to progress customers through a transaction. Continued Training of all the Ford products Work towards setting appointments, present products in a knowledgeable and professional way, and getting commitments from customers to close deals on shown appointments. Manage own pipeline of customers creating appointments from opportunities. Assist customers in selecting a vehicle. Check e-mail frequently and respond to inquiries immediately. Deliver messages intended for other departments promptly. Notify customers that their messages have been forwarded to the appropriate personnel for prompt attention. Maintain an ongoing customer database to capture repeat business. Keep abreast of new products, features, accessories, etc., and their benefits to customers. Attend product and sales training as requested by sales manager. Attend sales meetings. Maintain professional appearance. Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Automotive Internet Sales experience preferred but not required; sales experience in any industry will be considered Enthusiastic with high energy throughout the sales workday Conviction towards providing the best possible customer experience while working towards the close of a deal Outgoing and friendly, especially while handling objections Quality customer service skills and sales track record Persuasive and able to overcome customer objections during the sales process Persistent, competitive, and good work ethic Please upload your resume and complete the online assessment Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship and be a current resident.
