Responsibilities
Accurately process incoming titles daily from customers and dealers Process ERT online Respond to all customer inquiries in a professional manner Accurately record incoming titles daily from customers and dealers according to established procedures Troubleshoot and problem resolution specific to titles, odometer discrepancies, power of attorney, etc. Perform other duties as necessary Maintain a high level of confidentiality
Requirements
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word Organized with strong attention to detail Good communication skills Professional appearance and a positive attitude Valid driver’s license with good driving record Resume must be uploaded, and online assessment completed for immediate consideration. Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship and be a current resident. Must pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, and drug screen.
