Job Description
Present all finance products with a compelling and persuasive sales approach while securing the deal. Prepare accurate bank and state documents- figure state/local licensing fees and complete necessary paperwork with extreme accuracy.

Responsibilities
- Present all finance products with a compelling and persuasive sales approach while securing the deal.
- Prepare accurate bank and state documents- figure state/local licensing fees and complete necessary paperwork with extreme accuracy.
- Submit for bank approvals and work with lenders to obtain approvals.
- Train sales staff as necessary
- Maintain great lender relationships
- Engage in business development to encourage referrals and repeat business
- Meet dealership sales goals for profit and volume
- Maintain high Customer Satisfaction Index scores
Requirements
- Previous F&I experience with proven track record preferred
- Must be a closer with impeccable accuracy and attention to detail
- Knowledge of bank and government compliance requirements
- Strong communications skills, team oriented
- Computer proficient
- Professional appearance and demeanor
