Job Description

Present all finance products with a compelling and persuasive sales approach while securing the deal. Prepare accurate bank and state documents- figure state/local licensing fees and complete necessary paperwork with extreme accuracy.

Responsibilities

  • Present all finance products with a compelling and persuasive sales approach while securing the deal.
  • Prepare accurate bank and state documents- figure state/local licensing fees and complete necessary paperwork with extreme accuracy.
  • Submit for bank approvals and work with lenders to obtain approvals.
  • Train sales staff as necessary
  • Maintain great lender relationships
  • Engage in business development to encourage referrals and repeat business
  • Meet dealership sales goals for profit and volume
  • Maintain high Customer Satisfaction Index scores

Requirements

  • Previous F&I experience with proven track record preferred
  • Must be a closer with impeccable accuracy and attention to detail
  • Knowledge of bank and government compliance requirements
  • Strong communications skills, team oriented
  • Computer proficient
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
