Job Description

As a Service Advisor, you are the bridge between our customers and our technicians. You’ll greet customers, answer questions, advise them on the auto repair and maintenance process, communicate repair, maintenance and cost recommendations clearly, ensure every customer receives the transparent and trustworthy service Donovan’s is known for, and more.

Responsibilities

  • Greet customers, answer questions, guide customers through the auto repair and maintenance process, advise on service options and costs, ensure customers are satisfied, and more. 
  • Listen to customer concerns and document repair needs accurately 
  • Communicate technician findings and recommendations clearly and honestly 
  • Prepare estimates, obtain approvals, and manage repair timelines 
  • Maintain strong communication with customers throughout the service process 
  • Uphold Donovan’s long-standing commitment to integrity, safety, and value

Requirements

  • Auto dealership service advisor experience is preferred 
  • Strong customer service, computer, communication and organizational skills 
  • Ability to explain technical information in a customer-friendly way 
  • A positive and professional demeanor 
  • Commitment to ethical, transparent service 
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
