Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee all epoxy coating projects, ensuring timely and efficient completion.
• Lead and coordinate your team of installers.
• Walk projects to estimate, plan, and coordinate project schedule.
• Review and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company quality assurance protocols.
• Maintain customer relationships throughout project and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Communicate project status, product inventory, and employee reports with management and corporate office.
• Hiring and assist in training additional technicians.
• Be a dependable and a strong leader.

Requirements

• Proven plumbing experience (minimum of 4 years).
• Journeymen/Foreman level experience preferred.       
• Strong knowledge of piping systems in residential and commercial properties.
• Excellent leadership skills and project management experience a plus.
• Ability to read and understand blueprints and project documents.
• Some in-state travel is required for projects. Training will be in the California Corporate office.
• Valid driver’s license.
