Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee all epoxy coating projects, ensuring timely and efficient completion.
- Lead and coordinate your team of installers.
- Walk projects to estimate, plan, and coordinate project schedule.
- Review and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company quality assurance protocols.
- Maintain customer relationships throughout project and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Communicate project status, product inventory, and employee reports with management and corporate office.
- Hiring and assist in training additional technicians.
- Be a dependable and a strong leader.
Requirements
- Proven plumbing experience (minimum of 4 years).
- Journeymen/Foreman level experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of piping systems in residential and commercial properties.
- Excellent leadership skills and project management experience a plus.
- Ability to read and understand blueprints and project documents.
- Some in-state travel is required for projects. Training will be in the California Corporate office.
- Valid driver’s license.
