Responsibilities
- Greet customers and help them feel at home in our showroom
- Guide clients through the motorcycle buying journey—from first glance to final purchase
- Explain financing, insurance, and all the awesome perks of Harley ownership
- Stay sharp on Harley-Davidson models, events, and promos
- Build long-term relationships that turn customers into riders for life
- Collaborate with teammates to meet and exceed sales goals
Requirements
- A positive, driven attitude and a love of motorcycles (or curiosity to learn)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic social media familiarity (posting ride days, events, etc.)
- Professional appearance and strong reliability
- Motorcycle endorsement not required - we’ll cover your Riding Academy training!
- Able to follow a structured sales process on value-based selling
