In this role, you’ll curate and maintain a well-stocked, visually appealing selection of Harley-Davidson motorclothes, riding gear, and accessories while building and nurturing solid customer relationships by truly understanding riders’ needs and matching them with the right products. You’ll collaborate with our motorclothes team to ensure everyone is knowledgeable, motivated, and ready to deliver exceptional service, and you’ll partner closely with management to achieve sales and profitability targets through smart merchandising strategies and prudent inventory investment. Job Description

Inventory Management: Maintain a well-curated selection of Harley-Davidson motorclothes, riding gear, and accessories by monitoring stock levels, restocking shelves, and organizing displays for maximum visual appeal and more.

Responsibilities

  • Inventory Management: Maintain a well-curated selection of Harley-Davidson motorclothes, riding gear, and accessories by monitoring stock levels, restocking shelves, and organizing displays for maximum visual appeal.
  • Customer Relations: Greet each rider, listen to their needs, and provide expert guidance on selecting the right gear, apparel, and accessories to enhance their riding experience.
  • Sales Support: Assist the motorclothes team and management in executing merchandising plans, promotional events, and sales initiatives to help meet retail targets.
  • Visual Merchandising: Help implement seasonal floor resets and display updates, ensuring all products are showcased according to brand standards.
  • Point-of-Sale Operations: Process transactions accurately, handle returns/exchanges, and maintain clean, organized checkout and fitting-room areas.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up to date on new arrivals, product features, and Harley-Davidson lifestyle trends so you can confidently educate customers and answer their questions.

Requirements

  • Retail Experience: 1+ year of experience in apparel or motorclothes sales (Harley-Davidson or similar enthusiast brand preferred).
  • Passion for the Brand: Genuine enthusiasm for Harley-Davidson motorcycles and the culture they represent.
  • Customer - First Mindset: Friendly, patient, and committed to delivering exceptional service at every touchpoint.
  • Team Player: Comfortable collaborating with colleagues to keep the department running smoothly and support store-wide goals.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to work a varied schedule, including weekends, holidays, and evenings as needed.
  • Valid driver’s license and motorcycle endorsement preferred.
