This position blends retail sales, product knowledge, and a passion for motorcycles to ensure customers feel stylish, safe, and ready for their next ride. Responsibilities
- Proactively engage customers and sell Harley-Davidson merchandise including riding gear, apparel, home accessories, etc., suggest special promotions, ask for the sale, overcome objections, and more!
- Greet customers, assess their needs and recommend appropriate products based on style, function, and safety
- Develop relationships with customers to encourage repeat sales and referrals
- Ensure merchandise displays are appealing, stocked, and clean
- Assist customers with merchandise returns
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Friendly, positive and honest with good sales, communication, and customer service skills
- Retail sales experience is preferred but not required
- Goal oriented and self-motivated to succeed
- Good computer and organizational skills
- Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- A Harley-Davidson enthusiast is a plus!
