Responsibilities
- Increase revenue, train and motivate the retail sales team in actively selling Harley-Davidson Motorclothes fashion apparel and riding gear, manage the department, and more
- Set sales goals, track progress, and lead the sales team in achieving goals
- Coach sales team on improving performance
- Promote a strong focus on a high level of customer satisfaction
- Foster positive customer relationships to encourage referrals and repeat business
- Handle customer complaints according to dealership policy, showing empathy and a positive attitude, and demonstrating our commitment to “make things right"
- Adhere to budgeted revenue and expense objectives
- Ensure department maintains an organized and clean appearance of counters, displays, shelves, etc.
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Retail apparel sales management experience and Saturday availability is required
- A goal-oriented self-starter with excellent sales, leadership and motivational skills
- Strong business acumen and able to analyze sales data, identify trends, and increase revenue
- Excellent work ethic, communication, computer and customer service skills
- Harley-Davidson or Motorcycle experience is preferred
