Job Description
Serve as the main point of contact for dealership clients, ensuring timely communication and problem resolution and more. Oversee daily accounting functions including posting transactions, reconciling schedules, and closing the books monthly and more.

Responsibilities
- This is an onsite position
- Serve as the main point of contact for dealership clients, ensuring timely communication and problem resolution
- Analyze dealership performance metrics and help implement strategies to improve profitability and efficiency
- Collaborate with internal departments (sales, service, marketing, etc.) to support client objectives and initiatives
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealership personnel, understanding their business goals and aligning services to meet them
- Monitor client satisfaction and proactively identify opportunities to upsell or expand services
- Ensure all client deliverables and timelines are met with precision and professionalism
- Oversee daily accounting functions including posting transactions, reconciling schedules, and closing the books monthly
- Maintain general ledger accuracy and ensure compliance with internal controls and audit requirements
- Assist in preparing financial statements, manufacturer statements, and management reports
- Support the payroll, titling, and billing teams with accounting guidance as needed
- Manage account reconciliations and ensure accurate processing of AP/AR
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase accounting efficiency and accuracy
Requirements
- Prior experience working in or with a car dealership is required
- Bachelors or Masters Degree in Accounting preferred
- Proven track record in dealership business operations, accounting, or client services
- Strong understanding of dealership processes, challenges, and performance metrics
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Tech-savvy with the ability to work with CRM systems, reporting dashboards, and automotive tools
- Self-starter mindset with the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities
- A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
