At Garden City Mazda, we are growing and looking for driven individuals who are eager to succeed in our brand new, state-of-the-art facility. This is an exciting opportunity for those who may not have automotive experience, as we will provide comprehensive training for your success. If you have a background in retail, marketing, customer service, or hospitality, your skills will translate well in this role. Responsibilities
- Greet customers and identify the vehicle that meets their needs
- Explain features and demonstrate vehicle operation on test drives
- Lead customers through proven selling steps that close deals
Requirements
- Automotive sales / dealership experience is a plus! Those with sales experience in any industry are encouraged to apply!
- An energetic and outgoing 'people person' who is motivated to succeed
- Good customer service, communication, and computer skills
- A positive, upbeat attitude and good work ethic
- Thrives in a fast-paced team environment
- Valid driver's license and good driving record
